This unique pendant features a moonstone centerpiece accented with a diamond and tanzanite set in 14K rose gold. These stones are set in a custom sterling silver frame made to resemble that of a swan. Decorating the frame are leaf and wire detail done in 14K rose gold. This pendant comes with an 18" cable chain.
